I agree with MissV- the Damier speedy love is getting a little stale...no offense.

Anyway I can't wait for those bags! I hope they won't be too hard to get ahold of...seeing as they will be released around the holidays.

You can get on a waiting list now - I'm on the waiting list for both the gold and silver papillon.:D

Im on the wait list for both the gold and silver speedy....

As far as the Damier..well...remember when the Preforated bag came out?? Its just new thats all...new lvs are exciting!

Do I have to go into the store to do that? If so I'd rather get it on Eluxury or over the phone. I have no LV to go into the boutique with....I'd hate to feel the snobby looks from the SAs.:push:

Nope. Just call your nearest LV ask to speak with the leather goods manager and asked to be put on the wait list.:D

ehh...i don't see how the damier speedy is 'old' or 'common' or whatever...6 days it's been out! many people love it, got it and are excited. i happen to be one of them...that doesn't mean i'm not anxious for fall/winter bags, but i'm still excited about the damier speedy and everyone who gets one. at one point there were quite a few girls who were getting BH/BV and thread after thread appeared, but there's nothing wrong with that...if we don't like it or are bored with it, skip the thread, but it's not fair to dampen people's joy.

I think everytime a new bag comes out the hype is there..as it should be!!! We have been talking about the mirror bags for ages and they are not coming out for months..lol..its just a bag lovin place...as for me..keep showing ALLLLLLL your pics...I love it.

I know the miroir bags will be the next hot thing (and it should...that speedy is gorgeous) However, my damier speedy is on it's way and when it gets here pics will be posted hahaha ;)

Me too! So excited for my new Damier!:laugh: :love: btw, do you know how many padddingtons we have seen or Balenciaga's?:laugh: The paddington was the first most popular bag on this forum, imo, we saw tons of pics , each time it was exciting!:blink: :p

I just have to add here that I just returned a Chanel Luxe Tote Bag today which I wasn't totally in LOVE with. Good news is, I picked up my Damier Speedy 30. I'll be damned if I don't just love my DS and it was a fraction of the price. Seriously, if you have not seen it IRL, check it out. It is a Fabulous bag!

^ I agree.....I never liked ANY speedies before....I reserved my Damier 30..totally expecting not to love it..and I have been wearing it nonstop..in the rain..with no prob..all week..My 10 year old is so in love with it and she isnt even purse crazed....uh...yet....LOL!
