I just called Coach re: the 25% off card...

Hey ladies, I'm new to the board but I work at Coach (it sounds like ms whitney does too! *waves*).

The 25% off is actually a moreso random list of customers given to the store by corporate. The list does contain top customers and as a thank you, Coach repeatedly sends this card to them. For thank you notes, the SA must enter your name/address into the computer at the end of the sale to technically write them. I know I personally work with a few lazy people who skip this step so they don't have to write them but always have the SA put your name into the computer to show you are a Coach customer and they can contact you for events and such.

I know the past event was such a random list of customers who have never even recieved one before and also some who didn't want them and only ever wanted that one wallet.

Also, to be honest- it does help to stick with one or two SA's, they get to know you and in the event they notice you're not on the list for the event- they will make it a point to send you one and give you a call. I know I just personally did this with one of my loyal customers, so it does help to be loyal and not just randomly go in everytime not knowing anybody.

I guess that is why I never have received one in spite of all the bags I have purchased. The SAs are different each time I go in to my store so it makes it hard to be considered a loyal customer.

If you're a frequent shopper, of course you're still a loyal customer to the store! But next time, get to know your SA a little more and let her know that you will make sure to continue requesting her or him (if you liked how they helped you out)

I've shopped at the Coach store in Queens Center Mall in New York and I never got a Thank You card. Even at the Coach in Long Island...this is new to me. Although it's sweet idea...I would love to get my hands on the 25% discount. Do you think I could just call the SA at the store and ask her? I'm in the system, they always pull my name up when I get something.

I know in Canada, even if you don't have a card if you put up a fuss that the Coach stores will give you 25% off as they value customer service so highly
