I think colour is important coz you can definitely see yellowness, but clarity and imperfections are harder to see to the naked eye...maybe to my untrained eyes.

Oh they are fabulous! It makes me want to get a new pair. I never wear my bigger pair anymore as my former fiance gave them to me.

I've been wearing them w/ my old 'big' pair like Sunshine asked about.
