i know the whole 'customer satisfaction thing' but if i know its a rule, i will stick to it even if i can get through a loop hole.
how do you get a card? they are opening a HUGE Boutique in the Maine Mall and i'd love to know the deal?
if you do a search of PCE you'll find tons of threads and tons of replies
this is what i know
-it's a thank you for customers who frequently shop with us in full price Coach stores, some might say you'd have to get a thank you card a couple of times before being added to the 'list'.
a thank you card, is when you spend 250$ or more before tax, and is not an exchange. it also gets suspended (the whole thank you note thing) during holidays because of the huge volume we get as any other retail business, also because the seasonals are not expected to write thank you note cards.
-the list, each store usually gets two that makes up to 1,000 customers who are their top buyers, IMO this would be toughier for girls who shop at a store that gets a lot of volume, and a lot of people who spend $$ e.g. vegas or NY or LA frequently...
but, as i've found out, there are customers who get 'invited' by accident or have been given an invite from someone and used it in their name, they will get an invite again, but will not be put on the list for use to call or mail if no number
that is all i know. corporate makes these lists so it's not up to the stores or store managers/sales but we can make exceptions if needed.
^^ I think it can also be random too. I had only made one purchase in store before I started getting them, and it was only because I had store credit for a bag they couldn't repair. I had $328 in store credit, so I spent that much, and the next PCE, I got a card. I seriously have no clue why. It's a good thing for them because I have always spent lots of money when I get the cards, haha, but I have no clue how I got on the list. I was at a really small brand new Coach store though, so maybe they had lower requirements then (less volume)?
I can't wait to get my card this time though.

What would you think the chances of me getiing a pce invite would be?, I'm new to Coach but have spent (eeek, I just added it up and can't believe i'm about to put it in print 
) about $1300 since January, approx. $700 outlet, 300 online and 300 boutique.

^^ I think only the boutique stuff counts. Maybe the online too, but I know outlet stuff is not counted towards PCE stuff.
honestly don't know! lol. you're right, sounds like you do a lot of damage
but it only applies to purchases done in FP stores not factory/outlet
as for online, i'm not sure about that, maybe corporate can toggle that with your in store purchases?

Only the boutique purchases count towards the PCE cards. Outlet and on-line do not count.

(taken real quick so dh would not catch me and think I've totally lost my mind!)
Keep in mind that I purchased most of the bags at the outlet before I found tPF and became coach savvy (or brainwashed as dh would say) so they are pretty basic bags, I have a Ergo tote on order (camel) and if I get an pce coupon I want to get an Ali with matching wallet and then I should be done for a while.... oh, except I want a signature/black hippie and a .... and a... See? I told you I was out of control!

Don't feel bad.....I'm scared to total what I've actually spent the past few months, but I think I may have you beat!! I tried it once, but later realized I forgot a few things, and I know it was well over $1000 then.:shame:
