To be honest, in the end it's all about customer satisfaction.

I'm going by what the packet says (yup, there's a packet on PCE event)

unfortunately, I do not think that the managers are relaying (sp?) the PCE events and all aspects of it correctly.

As Sprinkles said, the Ergo and Fragrance (along with April releases) are restricted.

And the pages on the CBSR with these new products should be removed on the 8th.

However, there should be no problem if you state you wish to order it

we have been told that we should accomundate the customer :)

Yeah, my store has definetly buckled down this time and everything must be approved for things like that, I just mentioned it because it is something that is written like you said and it shouldn't be conflicting information. y'know?

i think that part makes me sad the most

because a customer comes up to me and asks the guideline, i say what it is, but the customer might have heard from another SA at another store differently and feel as if i'm not as flexible?

this can be applied in other cases too, not just PCE but overall product knowledge and care

sometimes i just feel as if some SAs don't care about their job, it's just a 'job' and that's why you hear about rude or unknowledgeable SAs here.

ugh, I know! There are a few girls who say "who cares" all the time at my store and it's like- sorry but I do! I want the extra bonus' and stuff and i'll work hard! I won't even get started on backroom stuff, some girls have never done shipment or a floorset and when they close or something it seriously reflects that.
