Cmon......seriously???? Around the time fall clothes start coming out, I start to crave a Balenciaga bag....you know the old kind with smooshy leather and gorgeous hardware. What is going on? I am soooo annoyed, I don’t understand how it just keeps getting wackier and wackier? Why do they think people are going to spend thousands of dollars on this.

Just you wait, they'll either be on the sell rack within weeks or they'll sell out, and quite frankly I cannot tell what the buying public is looking for anymore.

I just really wanted a new small city in a hunter green color, so I went to the Bal website, and they hardly have any of the cool old bags with hardware. I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing on the website. I’m all for change or updating bags....but this just doesn’t even feel or look like a Bal bag.......and it’s over 2 grand.

For whatever strange reason you’ll sometimes see the latest Bals in places other than the Bal site itself. Try sites like Italist,NAP, the major retail stores.

Thanks for the tip....I did look at the neimans, Nordstrom and saks websites...and they hardly have any selection either, so that’s why I went to the Bal website. I will look at the sites you suggested. Thx

i am looking at other brands windows, and it seems it's a sort of temporary hype, ALL brands, even conservative ones, are going for LOGO and all brands are printing silly stuff on their merchandise
