I am concerned that Coach is knowingly selling flawed bags for the same price!

Honestly thats really what outlets are for, irregular and older items. I know the true religion sends irregulars to the outlets and mainly any other brand.

I have no problem with the outlet selling irregular products, but they should label them as defective and give an additional discount. It's okay if they mark them "as is, final sale."

In the case I described in the original post, they mixed the defective bags in with the perfect bags and sold them all at the same price without labeling them as seconds. When it was brought to the attention of a manager, not only did she know about it but she tried to pretend that they were "special bags!"
