I wanted a bbw badly a few years ago because I remembered being gaga over them 10+ years ago, but I couldn't find one (used) at an affordable price! I "settled" for a black washed leather, which is amazing, and I can't see having two black MABs now. I wish I had seen yours!

I think if you have an amazing black on already you are good . In retrospect I wish I looked for an “older” model because I do like some of the linings and hardware better, but I didn’t know as much then. I do like the yellow zipper though.

I actually think these bags may be better in photos than IRL

I can’t complain too much of the leather quality on this one, but never seeing an original IRL I’ve not much to compare it to. It’s very thick and hearty. It’s broken in some, but really needs more use. It was like new when I got it. I should make a point to do that, but working from home means I don’t have much use for larger bags.

I actually had one of the old ones for a while. It was the lovely thick chewy leather you would expect of leathers from back then, but... my stonewashed leather is more buttery. I love the royal blue zipper track on the original BBW though!

And they just keep rolling in...Today's addition is this GORGEOUS MAB with the amazing fleur de lis lining. The leather is nice and thick and I love the tawny color.

A couple weeks back I got this Silver MAC. It's larger the I expected, but it's useful and was a steal. I was surprised how soft the leather is for being metallic.

Yeah I have a metallic crossbody also (I forget the name) with diagonal zippers down the front from 2-3 years ago. Love that the leather is so soft. It’s a great night bag.

I know exactly what style you’re talking about. I’m a fan of metallic bags; I think they’re fun.

Gorgeous! I had a RM bag (a neon yellow tote) years ago, sold it and recently discovered the Edie bags. so much more functional and a little less dressy than my Chanel flaps--plus affordable to try out colors!
