I feel the same way. I bought mine over the phone and went in to pick it up yesterday and when they pulled it out, I was less than thrilled. And I walked around the store in it then I tried on the blue denim baggy and right away I felt it was so much more me. I think I'm just a monogram girl (dreaming to be a suhali girl). So I came home with the demim gm and I love it. I'm not missing the damier but if I change my mind I can always get another one.

You're a winner for realizing you haven't yet found our perfect bag. No use for buying a lovely that isn't your lovely piece. Maybe an Epi Speedy will soothe your mood? LOL

The Damier is beautiful, it really is. But it is just not me, and I know I'll never carry it. Also, the canvas is a little too flexible for my tastes. I prefer my mono speedy 25 and my batignolles horizontal, and between those and my Balenciaga's, I know there will never be time for the Damier.

Everyone here is so CRAZY in love with the Damier speedy, so I feel like such a failure for returning mine. I am pretty sure the only reason I got one was because everyone else was so excited about them. I jumped on elux the day they came out and ordered one, and had it in my hands the next day. I felt like I had really accomplished something! *L*

The rep at elux said she knew my Damier would go to a good home, since there were people on a wait list for the 25. I don't know if that is true, but it makes me feel better about returning it, knowing it will make someone else happy.

If you dont love it...its alot of money to spend for it to sit on the shelf. I love the mono alot more than the damier, but I got the speedy 30 because I cant use the mono in the rain with the light handles. ITs been pouring here and I really wanted to wear my BH today but I had to wear the damier speedy. Its my second favorite but with its dark handles ...the damier speedy is my rainy day bag.
