i know that they say paris hilton wears a size 11 and she says she sometimes has a hard time with shoes, i imagine that a 12 must be downright impossible at times. so hey, you do what you can!

i remember being on a plane to NYC a couple years ago and the girl across from me had the most ADORABLE dusty pink suede sandals. of course i had to ask her where they were from, and she said that they were a few years old and from payless! i generally don't think that payless shoes are particularly cute, but you never know, you may find a diamond in the rough.

Thats really pathetic that the paparazi is making a huge thing about her shopping in Payless. I bought a cute pair of cute kitten heel flats for a formal party last year from there, and I love them. They feel flimsy, then again thats what I get for paying 10 bucks. I also have a hard time finding shoes, I am a size 10 Wide. Sometimes that place is my last resort for shoes :push:.

To be honest, I didn't know 12's existed. I remember working for Macy*s back in the 90's in the shoe dept and 10's were unheard of then. 9.5 was the largest that most shoes came in. I wear an 8.5-9.5 depending on the brand and I used to think I had HUGE feet. My younger sister wears an 11 and she hates shoes because she can never find any in her size.

what's the big deal shopping at payless? maybe she spends little on shoes but a ton on other stuff. look at tyra, the dollar store is one of her favorite shopping places.

I'm sorry, but Payless shoes (recently made) are crap.

The shoes are flimsy and break easily, besides looking cheap.

I'm no shoe snob or anything (most of my shoes cost around 70 bucks and I have no big names), but Payless is horrible. Way back when, you could get a decent deal with quality shoes there, but no more.

Perversely, and amazingly, I feel for her and believe me thats not my normal reaction-I feel for the still somewhat naive 18-19 year old who went through the whole reality show bit, got a contract and a lot of attention that she otherwise would not have gotten...and doesn't get that you can't turn attention off and on, she's now fair game wherever she goes, and she isn't ready AT ALL IMO-once again, be careful what you wish for! By the way, in this town you can buy shoes at Payless, Wal-Mart, K-Mart and an ancient dept. store-that's it-but luckily there is the net!

There's nothing wrong shopping at Payless. I wouldn't buy sneakers there, but they have some cute casual looking shoes. And they also have cute kids shoes.
