Beauty! I have the beet one. Which do u prefer?
hummm I will have to use each for awhile to determine. I do like the silver hardware on the beet better though. Too the navy if you do a quick look, it looks black. There is no mistaking the beet for anything but the bright purple it is and I love that! I would have loved one in that wine color, but I haven't see that made yet. Gosh, the website has been VERY scarce!

frankly, the online selection for bags is terrible.. seems they love to show you stuff(lookbooks, ads etc) but it never shows up online!!
 
I wonder if it's a subtle way for pushing people towards custom aka (20% more money in their pocket).

Maybe lol. All i know is it's frustrating! i don't live hours away from an actual shop but i don't go to the mall often, i also like being able to at least know what i am looking for and basic info for the product. (which online can provide, if it's there of coarse)

My store only has school bags and sweater sets..hurray for living in a university town.
 
Does anyone know if I called for an order I can get it shipped from a US store to the US?

I placed an order on Dec 22, it didn't even ship until Dec 30th. I know with a holiday in there, but really, over a week?! and Now it is Jan 7th and it isn't even in the US yet. Honestly I'm just about over it. I like the items but it just doesn't seem worth the hassle. It was supposed to be free express(at least that's what it said when I ordered) It gets shipped 4 hours driving from where I am, so this just seems insane to me.

There is one store 30+ min away from me that is in this busy city with zero parking. I decided to return something the last time I ordered and had to walk blocks down the street. and even so the store is small and hasn't had one item in there that I have ordered.

On top of all that, the 20% off sale was the day after I ordered. Does anyone know of a way to make this easier or should I just give my $$ to another company? I just wish I knew what the malfunction is. I've ordered from the UK for free and have items show up in 2 days.

I'm sorry it's been such a hassle. I am not in the US, but i have placed orders in my stores and they have shipped the item to my home(their store had no stock of what i wanted)

Typically my orders are processed quickly and arrive in days... The mall closest to me has a good sized store and unless it's holiday season i can get in/out easily. I won't say how long it took me in line last week however lol...

The only advice i can offer is call CS and discuss the issue.. see what options they can provide. I ordered nothing online this holiday season so have no clue how effectively it was working, i only know it can throw a huge delay into it, especially within my country.

That is super cute! i really like how they did a zippered interior pocket vs a slip. Looks like the bag has some structure vs the larger versions but not overly so.

I love when they do contrast liners... :graucho:

The quilted bags in the advertisement look really great too...but they aren't on the website... siggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
