I own many Roots products--five bags, four watches, pouches, scarves, hats, t-shirts, etc. It's one of my favorite brands. They've never let me down. The only things I don't like is the unlined bags and pouches. I have one of each purchased six or seven years ago, the the little "nubs" of leather rub off on everything.

I haven't had an issue with the leather nubs rubbing off on anything, and I have an Edie bag. I have a huge shout out to customer service--I lost my tribe beaver keychain and Roots replaced it for me for FREE, and I live in the U.S. Wonderful service!!!
I'm custom ordering a little Luisa purse! White leather and purple satin lining. Only cost an extra $35 to customize!

It'll probably be closer to a month! But to be sure, they give a wide margin of error in their time frames. At least that's from my personal observation!
Just under 3 weeks and my custom purse is ready to be picked up! Unfortunately I just left out of town for vacation so will have to wait 5 days to pick it up! So excited to see it. I'll post pictures!
I picked up my purse! It's beautiful! I also got something embroidered inside. That's the last photo. I didn't want to show the whole thing as it is personal.

I had a great experience doing the custom order that I'll likely do that for any future purchases. They have a raspberry satin lining which is beautiful! Thought that would look good in a black leather purse.
