A few weeks before Christmas, we ventured over to the Galleria Mall in Roseville, CA. We have been to the LV store a couple times, but I never really connected with an SA. The last time we went, my love asked me to try on two bags - the Delightful which I have adored from afar and the Caissa. I loved both bags - especially after trying them on with cross body straps. The SA was nice enough and was patient as I asked tons of questions about care, current and past issues with the bag, etc. But unfortunately, again, still no connection with an SA...I think he was more interested in the sale and not with the connection.

Hubby then asked me to leave so he can purchase the bag he thinks I'd like best. LOL So I went and hung out at Burberry! LOL We came home with a big LV box, but I didn't know which one he picked.

Come Christmas morning, this is what I got!! Love it!!! Hubby did good! :smile:

Thank you everyone! I love the bag!! But it's such a better bag with a cross body strap. I ordered one from Mautto.com and it got here quickly. I am not sure I love the strap yet, but the bag is so much easier to get in and out of with the strap.
