Can a manager make an employee to work over 60 hours a week from Mon-Sat because she is an excempt employee. Also the manager does not allow the exempt employee to go out to have lunch, instead wanted the excempt employee to have lunch inside the break room. So the employee has to be inside the work place all day long. Note : no overtime pay for all the extra hours worked.
