How/Where to Clean J12 Watch?

Funny to me you say this... I bought mine two weeks ago, was sooo excited to have it delivered. Well, when I opened the box and looked at the watch...IT WAS USED! It had black in between the links which I assumed was from use, grease, dirt... The underside plate was scratched and in all the crevices there was just gunk. I can't tell you how dissapointed I was. I'm getting a brand new replacement coming tomorrow. I'm positive it will be a day and night difference.

Thanks for confirming what I already knew. BTW, most shocking thing is this was sent out to me by a boutique manager. Unbelievable, right!
