I purchased a Tory Burch continental wallet in tan from Nordstrom yesterday. They gave me a grey Nordstrom cardboard box, but unfortunately no dust bag. Is it OK if I store it in the cardboard box (not closed all the way for air circulation) and inside my dresser in the meanwhile? I wanted to call the TB boutique but everything is closed here today, so I will have to wait with that.

The wallets do not come with a dust bag, yes I'm sure you could store in in a box when it's not in use.
Thank you! I will call boutique later on and ask. I'm not sure whether it is good for the leather to be in a box. I had left it somewhat open though for the sake of air circulation. That's the thing with leather, we want to protect it by enclosing it in something, but in reality, it actually needs to breathe. It's all about finding the perfect compromise, which I think dust bags provide. Considering that some wallets are almost as expensive as bags, the brands should also be providing them for the wallets.
