Hi @snpry, I did not take any prednisolone after fat graft. No Korean plastic surgeon prescribes.

I'm worried about skin sagging after fat graft... so you didn't take any steroids for facelift/fat graft?

Hi @snpry, any facial procedure that causes swelling….taylor liberator, laser, threads, facelift, fat graft, bone contouring, may then lead to sagging when the swollen, stretched skin deswells. The older one is, the worse it can be as one may have less collagen and elastin so the skin may not bounce back and may remain loose after deswelling. Postop steroids can prevent swelling but it is a prescription medication so needs to be prescribed by a doctor. They do not prescribe postop steroids in Korea as far as I am aware so one may need to find a doctor in your own country willing to prescribe so you may bring and take after the procedure but ensure you let your operating doctor know.View attachment 5912632View attachment 5912633

That's good info. I've actually heard that they aren't very long lasting. It’s up to you @Lien. As I said I would NEVER get a forehead lift. It is a skin only lift and more likely to fail. The person is a private person I met at a private event so no I cannot reveal her identity. In the hands of the right eyelid plastic surgeon, the muscle is cut, trimmed and reattached together so ptosis of the eyelid is corrected permanently, rather than have a couple of sutures in the eyelid muscle. Dr Seo has the most experience in Asian eyes and especially in rejuvenating mature eyes.

Hi Miss Orange, I read all your post and wonder which clinic did you go to get your FL? I'm thinking getting a FL in Korea and I got quote at V lif as well. I don't know should I stay with V lift or searching more. Do you have any ideas. Thanks for sharingIt’s up to you @Lien. As I said I would NEVER get a forehead lift. Hi @ksurgery, I would suggest you research some more. Their price is foreigner price. I paid £3495 or 5 million won for my FL in the UK. Look up ASPS who quote 12 million won for a smas FL.Hi Miss Orange, I read all your post and wonder which clinic did you go to get your FL? Hi @phoenix, I would not recommend the vermillion border lip lift. The lip swells from being cut and looks good initially until it deswells and then looks even thinner than before.@MissOrange, I was wondering if you ask for your thoughts on the gullwing vermillion (top & bottom) vs bullhorn lip lift?
I have a long philtrum. I've never measured it but am guessing it's at least 20mm. I've been considering the bullhorn lip lift but am worried about the scarring below my nose. I recently saw this on the Lip Lift FB group and am very intrigued! I mean the "scarring" would be your vermillion border and since my border is so faint, this may be a good option. But I just read some more about this and apparently, this gullwing procedure can "flatten" the upper lip (which mine is). So in the future, should I decide to have filler I wouldn't be able to have filler placed along the cupid's bow because of the scarring there.
Bottom pic is my lips.

Looking at your pic you want to ensure the philtrum to chin ratio is 1:2 so you don’t need to reduce your philtrum as it already looks 1:2.
Hi @Lien, if you google carmex lip balm you will find it plumps up lips! I use this daily and I am sure my lips are plump because of it as I had nothing done to my lower lip but carmex and both lips are full.Wow. I didn't realise that about the vermillion border lip lift. That's BAD!!
Hmm...It just looks so long to me in person. And my upper lip is getting thinner and thinner as I age!
Thank you for your thoughts. Certainly giving me something to think about.![]()
