Good tips! I think some people may do procedures that provide a temporary improvement but in the long term may age them faster like aggressive v-line or facial fat removal. Regarding jaw bone loss, chewing strengthens your jawbone so if you do lose teeth, it's better to replace them with an implant as opposed to a bridge so the bone in that spot will receive the pressure from chewing still.
