:nuts: Just thought this would be an interesting question....I didn't know if there were others like me here on TPF..I'am really Picky about my Bag and how it looks inside and out.I clean it out pretty much on a daily basis!!!! I also keep it up on my Vanity so my 2 little ones that are both uder 3, don't have a ball with it...My 2 older girl's have their own Coach goodies, so they know not to touch Mom's bag.... Anyways thanks in advance to those who respond....:smile1:

I don't remember actively cleaning my bag out in recent times, but I change bags so often that it needs to be clean anyway/for the sake of my sanity!

I'm pretty neat when it comes to my bags... probably every single time I return to the house -- wrappers tossed, receipts recorded and change goes straight into a coin caddy. I can't imagine it any other way although I have seen friends with weeks' worth of gum wrappers and peanut shells and all sorts of brochures. It's interesting how I don't ever consider leaving stuff like that in my bag.

I use a purse organizer or pouches and am guilty of throwing receipts in my bag instead of folding them into my wallet. Other than that, the enterior or my bags stay spotless and if I wear my bag a week straight, by the 2nd day I file away my receipts.

Do you every really clean it out or do you just remove certain items that you don't use anymore. I can't even remember the last time I cleaned out a handbag completely, I just shuffle items from one to another.

Mainly when I am switching out my purses. But sometimes it gets a little too cluttered and I am at the point where I could clean it out every few days.

I switch my purses daily (or every two or three days if i get into a really lazy stretch!). So for me its part of the transferring from one purse to another. But the only mess really is a coin or two i through to the bottom or a receipt or brochure/catalogue that got tossed in!

completely unrelated, i just changed browsers recently and it keeps popping up that i spelled catalogue wrong. its driving me nuts! same with the word colour!!!!!!!! grrr!!!!!!!!

I clean mine out every time I change bags, which is about 5 times a week. I toss the trash every day, but when I change bags I do a quick cleaning with a baby wipe and make sure there's nothing gunked up anywhere on or in the bag.

I don't really clean out my purse. Because it never gets dirty to the point I need to do so.

I have everything I need in my purse in its spot. I hate when people dig through my purse and mess up my arrangement.. >< I have a specific spot for everything. ):

Sounds OCD but when i'm in a rush and I need a specific something I know where it is.. and don't need to go "digging for treasure" each time I need something.
