How much will you pay for tips

Hi ladies

I go to the nail salon every month to have my gel nails and pendicare done. I've been going to this place for a few years already and it's always the same lady that was doing my nails. I want to know how much tips would you pay each visit? Given that I go there each month will you pay a decent amount? Thanks for your input!

20% is pretty average. I give a little more.

I get a mani pedi every two weeks with the same nail technician and tip 22%. My tip does not depend on how often I go or who does it should my regular technician be unavailable.

I tip slightly over 20% as well, regardless of how often or who I see. I adjust accordingly, of course, if I am less than thrilled with the service but that is rare.

I go every 2 weeks for a powder dip (Nexgen) manicure. I usually see the same person, but not always. I tip right at 20% of the service.
