Food How many packets of sugar and creamer in YOUR coffee?

I just decided to try to drastically reduce my sugar consumption. So no more liquid coffee mate. I was drinking coffee with soy milk and it didn't taste to great so I just purchased powdered stevia. will try tomorrow. I'm cutting out wine for the most part too. and ice cream

so I purchased powder form of stevia first, then liquid. not a great difference. Haven't really lost weight yet but I'm trying.
