I think it is fine to have multiples of a bag that really works for you or is your "ideal". I have multiples of other bags I really like and that work for me, like the Pochette Metis, or my Coach Rogues.

For me personally though one Neverfull is enough (I have a NF MM in DE with Rose Ballerine lining). I really like my Neverfull...it is a great work bag, but totes, and especially large open ones, have limited applicablity/use for me. If I REALLY needed more room, which I have not to date and doubt I will, I would contemplate a NF GM in Mono :)

I have two, mon monogram and the Hawaii one, but am eyeing a third! I'd love to add the My World Tour to my collection.

They're just very comfy, worry-free, easy to use totes that I love wearing.

I say however many you want! I personally only have one because I feel like I only want one. But I have three Eva clutches and three Speedys! And I have two Siracusa bags, both the PM and the GM. I think if you will use them, have as many as you think you would use. I use all of my multiples. But I don't have multiple Neverfulls because I honestly don't think I would use them. I don't use the one I have as much as I do my other bags.

So true! Siracusa is a great bag, wish had mono print.
I'm terrible with my bags, some of them untouched for years! YEARS! :(

I know! On another thread about what we wished LV would make, that was one of my wishes...the Siracusa in mono print! Especially the GM! I love to use that bag as luggage...it's my go to carryon when I fly. Sometimes I worry about the print, though. But if it were in mono (or even DE) it would be much more of a care free bag. I love it just the same. It holds even more than my Neverfull and has the added bonus of the zip top and the different options for carry.

I have one, the Damier Azur MM with rose ballerine lining. I'm thinking about getting the Damier Ebene MM, since it's a great bag for work. But two would be enough for me. I owned a Mono one years ago, but sold it rather quick (was not loving the monogram pattern).
