Good thread. It gives me pause.

Right now the inventory is:

Mono 25
Damier Ebene 30
Damier Azur 30
Mono 35
Mono Petite Noe
Mandarin Petite Noe
Mono Pochette
Epi Black Pochette

I'm selling one that I don't use, and I was contemplating two more purchases in terms of bags....and I would really like a vernis wallet of some sort. Other than that, I think I'm pretty much 'okay'.

Sigh....then what will I do????? :sad:

It's crazy, isn't it? I was totally fine until I joined tpf.... and now... I am addicted.

I do need to cool it - so I think I'm going to focus on the LEs.

LOL I was so silly when I started reading your post...since the first three were each a different line and followed by a number, I thought you had 30 mono bags, 30 Azur bags (was thinking how is that poss???), etc...until I got to the fourth and saw mono again, lol!

I don't own any, YET. I'm planning on buying my first LV purse next June. But if I were to set a limit on LV bags, it'll be two. With the rising prices on LV bags today, I don't want to have to spend countless 1000's of dollars just to build a collection of purses that I won't need.

If anything, I would love to have at least one Chanel Jumbo or Medium flap in a nice color, not Black. and two LV bags. That's it. But I'm still concerned that in the long run, all Chanel bags are going to be $3,000 by then. Which might be a bad idea for my part.

ok, i have to update this. i have 8 LV bags if you count pochettes (2). and i have 12 accessories (including wallets, scarfs, keyrings etc). so that's 20 LV items. and i don't see a limit in sight... :sweatdrop:

I started collecting end of March and have 8 LV items - 6 handbags and 2 SLGs:

Handbags:
Monogram mat Fowler in black
Monogram mat Stockton in blue
Epi Speedy 25 in cannelle
Epi Speedy 30 in mandarin
Epi Petit Noe in kenyan fawn/brown-gold
Epi Pochette in yellow

SLG:
Vernis Ludlow in silver
Epi cosmetic case in yellow

And there's no limit! I will collect to my death!

Hmm..I better not show DH this list...otherwise I'll get the old lecture of "Do you really need more bags?"

And my limit? I don't think I have one! Sometimes I do feel guilty for spending so much on bags, but that never lasts long!!
