exactly the same here: 4 in my left ear, 1 at the top part of my right (used to have second piercing on the right ear a few years ago, but its closed now).
I have two holes in each ear, BUT the second holes in each ear closed up years ago. I got caught up in the whole late 80's multiple ear piercing phenomena and then started to regret it in college, so I let the second holes close up. Now I wear either small hoops, diamond studs, or pearl studs in my ears on most days. If I'm feeling glam, I'll wear something dangly. 
I have three holes in my left ear (I was "punk" for a while in college) and one in my right ear. I wear either silver or gold studs, diamond or black pearl studs in the last two holes to coordinate with whatever earrings I'm wearing in the "regular" holes.

Two in each ear. I keep diamond studs in the upper holes all the time and only remove them to clean them. I swap out earrings in the lower ones.

2 holes in each ear. I wear small diamond studs in the upper ones and change out my "primary" ones every day. Today I wore white gold diamond pave in/out hoops.
I have 2 holes in each ear..I rarely switch earrings though. I usually just wear diamond studs in them.

I have two holes in both ear in normal spots....then on my left ear i have the cartilidge pierced, and i also i bassically the middle of my ear pierced on my left ear, like on the ridge....then on my right ear i have that inner flap right by the hole to your ear
my main hole right now im wearing gucci earrings in the icon stardust and my cartilidge i have a diamond hoop...the weird pierces i have the silver with pink diamond ball...and my second hole i have nothing
its funny because i DEF am not punk rock, gangster or anything else haha just wanted something crazy and unique haha i get the weirdest double looks from people! haha they are like wiat what YOU? its great hehe
