I took my bag to the local LV store to find out about having some piping repaired. I bought a Monty PM from Dallas Designer Handbags for a great price and the piping was the only real issue with it. They gave me a preliminary quote in the store and told me they would text me when LV got back to them with the official cost. It's been almost two weeks since I dropped it off and I still don't have the quote. I checked in with the store the end of last week and they checked and also didn't see anything. How long does it typically take to get the repair quote from LV? Wondering if they just decided to repair it and dropped the ball with getting me a number.
