How is your epsom bag ageing?

Loved reading this thread and the sharings are so insightful! Does anyone know if dents on Epsom leathers can be removed either through diy means or by the Hermes spa? My new insert recently caused some indentations to the Epsom leather on my B30 and it is proving very difficult to smoothen and get rid of.

Have searched through the threads but didn’t see much info on how to deal with dents on Epsom leather.

What style bag?

Hi ladies, hope you can help me out here. There is a shiny reflective patch of leather on my black epsom kelly bag that’s visible under bright lighting or when the bag is held against direct light. Under normal room lighting and soft natural daylight it is not noticeable.

Is this a defect? :( I don’t notice any loss of color, just that the shiny portion has grains that are very reflective. The bag is still new. Has anyone else experienced anything like this on their epsom bags?

Bumping this thread. I recently purchased a preloved Kelly pochette and it seems that the front of the bag is ‘stretched’ out so it never really lays flat; it either caved in or puffs out when stuffed.
This is in addition to scuffs and glazing wear

can the Hermes spa fix any of these? I would expect yes to the glazing, not sure about the rest

I don’t think they can do much for the shape. The glazing should be an easy fix though. I assume you’ve had this authenticated?
