Hi there,

I was just wondering how durable are turnlocks on classic flaps???

One of my flaps has a very "springy" and firm turnlock that really holds in place
Others are not that firm, they tend to twist more easily
Will those that turn more easily be problematic in time?
(like maybe they will keep turning without actually locking the bag, if you know what I mean..haha)

Is it normal for flaps to have "weak" locks?? and will they last as long as the stronger ones??

TIA :heart::smile::heart:

I've never had any problems with my turnlocks... granted my bags are relatively newer, but I understand your concern! Although my mom has some OLD (like 20 year old) turnlock bags and they've held up just fine, and we're talking since the early 90's! -Don't get me wrong though, I'm sure there are a couple bum locks out there... but I don't think it's anything Chanel wouldn't be able to fix if something happened!

It's not really a problem or anything, I was just thinking about those weak ones whether they will hold up fine in time....janny328 I guess you are right,

It's just that I've searched the forum and no one has mentioned anything about turnlocks before so I figured I'd bring it up :smile:
