How does Bonanza work?

I see lots of comments about purchasing from Bonanza. How does it work? Does it have PayPal like ebay? Is it as secure as ebay? Do you set up an account like ebay? Are most sellers legit? Thanks for any info.

Bonanza is very similar to ebay, they just don't have bidding. You do have to set up an account and can use PayPal for Bonanza purchases. I think most of the sellers are legit, but there are probably always those "rotten apples" anywhere. Be sure to check feedback and of course you can use the authentication thread here.

Hi c and b... That is a Mandarin Drake duck and the yellow part is attached to the duck, but I don't know what it is.. : ) I am not sure what Buyer Protection Bonanza offers, but you would be covered under PayPal (if that is how you pay). The feedback ratings probably aren't as high as ebay's because Bonanza is so much newer. I've purchased multiple items from Bonanza and haven't had any problems.

I purchase and sell on Bonanza and have never had a problem. I actually prefer Bonanza but the traffic is so low that I normally end up using eBay. Just like any other site, you need to be careful and pay attention to feedback...there are scammers everywhere.

Bonanza does have an "Order Resolution Center" but I have never used it. You are also still protected by PayPal.

I have also used bonanza and like it a lot the sellers are more personable and they set thir price some prices are good others are not. But I have he only good results from using it. Good luck.

I have used bonanza and have not had a problem. I actually like the fact that you don't have to bid on an item. I do recommend checking the sellers feedback.
