How do you store your keys inside your purse?

I just toss them in, but lately I've started to worry about damaging certain linings. I have a Dolce and Gabbana satchel with the silky leopard-print lining, and worry about THAT. But in general I just hope for the best and rotate my bags regularly.

I normally just throw them in but since I got my Hermes keyring I tend to be a little more careful, only because I don't want to ruin the keychain!!!!

I try to put them in the inside pocket or an external pocket if the bag has one. I don't want anything inside my bag to snag on my keychain.

I put my keys in a small pouch.

i put all of my keys in a small wristlet,

that way i always know where they are.

and don't waste alot of time searching.

i have been doing this for a few years now.

i also keep my wallet and checkbook inside of a small purse, which i keep within my larger purse.

makes life easier, so i can grab the important stuff real quick without searching.

It just hangs on the side of your purse. But I would imagine the keys are still in there so scratching could still occur right? I think I am going to try the kisslock pouch someone mentioned!

eeck! I think keys are dirty (actually, they really are). Mine go in a little Levenger leather key case (about 3"x4"). This key case then goes in an exterior pocket of my purse or the inside slip pocket of my purse.

I just throw mine inside. It's always pretty easy for me to find them since I have three Coach key chains on my set of keys.

At the moment I put my car keys in one of the outer pockets of my Multipocket, but I am hunting ebay for a pouch to put them in, because I don't want they keys to scratch or indent the bag, if that makes sense. And reading this I want a pouch because of the germ factor also. I don't want my bag to get sick

I just toss them in-I'm really sucky with using the key straps. Organization is not my best asset.

I toss mine in, but I really want one of the LV key holders instead. I want something small that I can put my keys in, so that they don't dirty up the inside of my bag. However, I have a Scion Tc and that key is HUGE and these key holders will NOT close w/ my key inside!!

i throw those suckers in there. and sometimes it is annoying and confusing because i often carry around more than 1 set of keys....my sister, mother, and i have 3 cars and we often switch up what car we are driving and share...so i carry 3 sets sometimes!
