How do you feel about purchasing Rose gold, is it just a fad?

I love Rose/Pink Gold. I have a vintage watch with diamonds that I adore. With the choices of YG and WH and PG I now mix and match them all! What fun. I never used to do this.

If fact, I took it one step further and got all three golds in a LV Monogram 3 golds bracelet. It's so beautiful and feminine. I wear it with every color ring. That's why I got it.

I find that every color gold and jewel looks good on me. Hehe, I really love jewelry. Got it from my dear Mom, and she got it from her Mom. I come from a long line of jewelry lovers. :D

At first I wasn't a fan of RG. RG jewelry didn't feet lux and rich for me! but after purchasing my BVLGARI Serpenti ring in RG I changed my mind. The beauty of the ring made me change my mind and it didn't look off with my YG Love bracelet. I'm loving RG more and more and I'm sure it's going to become as classic as YG and WG. I'm loving all metals right now and I love the look of mixed metal pieces together, so I'm trying to think wisely of what RG and WG pieces to add to my current YG collection.

I think rose gold is here to stay. Whether it's the "must-have" metal of choice at the moment or not, it provides a beautiful alternative to white vs. yellow. If you're not feeling either of those, that's where rose/pink gold can come in.

Instead of buying an expensive RG watch I bought a Skagen, I found it online, it's beautiful, I might not even get the other. This one is actually prettier, nice soft color with a chocolate brown face, can be worn dressy or casual. Now I have found a gorgeous RG ring with a brownish champagne center stone and am looking to find a brown and rg bracelet of some kind. So I guess I'm liking RG again.

I personally don't wear rose gold. It doesn't look right on my skin. But I have considered getting a necklace here and there. I think gold is timeless but the popularity of each color goes up and down. White gold used to be really popular. Now yellow gold seems to be everywhere. Rose gold is starting to get really popular now. For a long time you never saw yellow gold. Not sure why the colors come and go.

I probably posted here, and I do like rose gold. Just pick the piece you like. May be gemstones will help. Pink with rose gold look amazing. Ruby, sapphires, spinel, tourmaline are enhanced by rose gold presence.

i'm very fair with black hair and blue eyes, white gold gets lost on my skin and looks too cool, some yellow golds can look harsh against my skin and rose gold is the most complimentary especially worn as a necklace or earrings.

I like rose gold mostly because it compliments my colouring :D
