How do SAs judge/decide who to help?

Yes, the SAs at Tanger are great!! Also check out Hershey...they are even nicer!! I don't think I have ever found an SA with an attitude at one of the outlets, but the boutiques can be hit or miss for me.

When I lived in Dallas I shopped at the Galleria store and always had great service. Now I live in Tulsa, and the boutique in Utica Square is AWESOME - every time I've gone in there, they are so nice and helpful. When my husband went in to pick out my Christmas and BD, they had a good time with him, too - he generally knows what he's going to get when he goes in, but asks them about how many of x item they've sold, etc. - he knows that I don't like to have the exact same thing as everyone else, and they've been really great about being nice to him too. They're opening a new boutique in the mall about 1.5 miles from my house, and I'll keep driving to the other boutique just because they're so nice!
