how do I take a screenshot of an auction page

Hi, how do I take a screenshot of an auction page? I filed a claim with paypal (bought a bag that was listed as mint, but was actually stained and damaged), and would like to have the auction page on file. I tried “Save” but that did not work. Thanks!

Click on Favorites-click on add to-rename your page!

you can also hit your PrintScreen key and then paste the image onto a word document. You can email me if you have any questions

What I do is hit Control/Alt/PrintScreen and then ControlV (paste) it into a Word document, then PDF that file. Good luck!
