I had my mc sarah wallet hot stamped and i love it! Haven't had the chance of doing it with any of my handbags but i just might in the future

I love it on my Speedy. I know I will always hot stamp my bags (and SLG's) if it is possible. An extra nice thing is, my hotstamp is made of real gold. The bag is more worth my money now + mine is different from all the fakes around here.
And I know I will never sell my bags, so the resale value doesn't bother me at all.

I like the way it looks a LOT but I am not sure if I will do it. I might want to resell an item down the road so I don't think I want my initials on it.

I was all for hot stamping until my 6 month old multiples rond broke. The sa said they can repair it for $120 and she said I should hot stamp it at the same time. Seriously? I am guessing if they had the chance to hot stamp my multicles rond it would invalid defect warranty since it was clearly a manufacture defect.:faint:

Your heart tells you .. I've done it on my first
LV wallet .. No regrets ! I want it personalize, special and never think of selling it ! But,
It's up to you what is your purpose on it ;)

So many people in my area have LV bags, I feel that it makes mine a bit more special to have the hot stamping. I hate selling things so I do not worry about that aspect. But I like seeing my initials on my bag, wallet, anything and everything that can be hot stamped but I would have it done in the store. I'd be so unhappy if it was done online and messed up.

The only reason I wouldn't want to get it hot-stamped is because I have sold some of my LV's that I get sick of on ebay & I do know that if it is hot stamped it is harder to sell. However I hot stamp all of my toiletry items, or anything I think I will be keeping for life :) The gold is sooooooo pretty for the hot stamped color :)

I just hope I love the wallet. I'm ordering from a store in a different state so I've never seen Sarah in real life. And I'm getting the pomme d'amour raye and it's a little different with the stripes. :) I guess I'm just nervous about getting such an expensive item without seeing it and it's final sale so I HAVE to love it because I can't return it. And it's always nice to have the option to resell if I must. I'm so fickle when it comes to bags and wallets. :p

when you're in the LV store . Don't do it

Ok.. please forgive me.. Are you able to get something hot stamped that you already purchased? If so, how much do they charge? I have an Alma and wondered if I can get it hot stamped?
