hi yes i got mine last week after 2 fake tracking numbers and 2 months of chasing. Item arrived in perfect condition and shipped from France (UPS this time label has sender details Chanel France) so i assume 100% genuine but no receipt with it, Prior to my last two items i never had an issue, i got my items and the boutique receipt every time and quickly but for some reason it all seemed to go wrong on the last two orders. Both turned up eventually but no receipt and lots of promises to send the receipts.
i suggest just chasing her every couple of days I did that, she blew up about me chasing her so much but i didn't let that stop me
