It's Bordeaux but somehow looks less deep red sitting in the sun on dark grey leather seat ‍♀️

I have never seen any Halzan with GHW and Halzan is not a bag you can do special order. Most of 31(medium) size comes in clemence leather with contrast stitching & 22(mini) size comes in swift leather with tonal stitching. There are also Barenia version on both sizes.

Thank you this is helpful. I don’t own any bags with PHW and don’t normally fancy them but I do really like the versatility of this bag.

I hear you on the hardware, but on this bag it's very minimal. You can also do what @azukitea did and use a twilly to cover it up! (Also jazzes up the bag nicely)
