Hi everyone! I have been eyeing the Halzan for ages now - just wondering what everyone's thoughts are regarding medium vs mini?
They are both great bags but serve different purposes. The MM is suitable as an everday bag if you don't carry a ton of stuff. (I use a small Fourbi to contain almost all of my items - it fits inside the MM fine without bulging if I move the glasses from the fourbi exterior pocket to the side of the bag.)

The mini is adorable and holds more than it looks, but for me it's really only usable for weekends/evenings. But I love them both. If I were going to buy a 3rd Halzan it would be an MM.

HTH! :-)

Hi, need your input. Im interested in buying halzan 22 as my first hermes bag. But im curious if the strap can fit we well if worn crossbody. I am 169cm. If anyone here is on the tall side like me, could you post ur pic with the bag worn cross body. Hopefully the strap is not short as chanel square mini

It's longer than the Chanel square mini strap, but shorter than the rectangular. I'm 5'4" and it sometimes looks OK crossbody. I usually just wear it on my shoulder.

I'm 167 and I love it crossbody. My mom is a little bit taller than you, maybe 170cm, and she thinks it's too short. Personally I think shorter crossbody is chic (when a strap is too long it looks sloppy)c and that's what's "in" nowadays anyway! I'm sorry I don't have any pics!

Thanks so much! I think I'll go for a medium [emoji7] x

I like the colour rose eglantine on a halzan mini, will there be a colour transfer with denim? & will the colour turns yellow over the years? Need to be extra sure before i splurge on it

For light colour bags there will always be colour transfer risks, and just because a bag is from Hermes it should be immune to them
Having said that some leather types are more "delicate" than the other and less easy to maintain.
Also of course, it also would depend on the jean material and the dye used......

If you want to see how a certain leather or colour ages, I would suggest to search on the internet for a similar bag which is in preloved condition perhaps? That way you can sort of estimate how your purchase may look in a few years time...

Love that color! Are you using it a lot?
Thanks! I've used it a little bit, not a ton. I am very drawn to it but frankly with the winter I've been wearing lots of black, and layers, I think I will wear it a ton more in the Spring/Summer/Fall. I usually wear my darker bags in the Winter months and switch for Gold or color the rest of the time. I do love it though, Light, chic, superb leather. Tempted to get a mini too!!!
