How do you have the scarf/twilly tied onto your bag? It's very pretty.

Oh, I usually just tie a ribbon on the strap. That's the way l like it. Here's some pics from the past.

Thank you so much for this suggestion. I never even thought of getting one custom made. I should be able to easily sew fabric over this one. But yes, the bag definitely needs a base shaper, which I really didn't know was a thing or just had not paid enough attention.

I also came across one like this on eBay. Thinking about ordering one since it’s not expensive.

Good find and thanks for sharing! I might get one too. I got an insert and found it too bulky for the bag.

I was looking on USA h,com, and all the halzan minis seem to be swift calfskin . Is that the only leather that is currently being produced? Any comments on swift for this bag? Thanks

Yes, only Swift in regular leathers from my knowledge. Have been carrying mine since July and the Swift is lightweight and forgiving. If you plan to stuff it, might be worth adding a bag shaper inside so the bottom won‘t sag which is the only con I can see on the long term. Highly recommend it!

I saw it in store but my SA from FSH was able to order it for me. I just got an email saying it's ready for pick up so when my mom makes the trip there she will pick up a few items for me along with the Halzan. [emoji3]
