She needs to start weight training or something to define her arms. At this point she looks pieced together with mismatched parts....chubby hands, out of proportion forearms, thighs, calves & ankles & no waistline. She also should start doing sit ups & core strengthening exercises to flatten her tummy. She just looks odd to me. I don't know if she still has some swelling from the surgery or if her body needs to settle in. I guess if she continues to eat healthier, she may drop a few more lbs.

I just can't get past why the blatant lie that she is a size 4. She clearly lost a lot of weight, so what is the point of lying. No one is that stupid. Her stomach alone says she is no size 4.
The way I see it going by articles about this whole mess is....she started out at around 460 lbs & lost around 300 lbs throught surgery, diet, exercise, ect. That would put her weight at around 160 lbs. Now muscle weighs more than fat, so the only people I know who could possibly wear a size 4 & weight around 160 lbs would be female body builders. A female body builder she is not. While I think it's a good thing she lost all that weight, even a blind man can see she is not a size 4. I wish she would be honest about her true size. She should be proud of it.
agree, but I don't even think ts her. I think its her PR people who is stating the size 4 and telling her to say that. She will be on Wendy on 4/11.
This is Kristie Alley all over again, when she had the nerve to go on Oprah with a bathing suit with tights and a wrap covering her from behind.
Her holding on to the claim she's a size 4 only makes her look like a fool, whether it's her PR's idea or hers. It's a lie that's like a pile of elephant sh*t in the middle of the room.
LOL Maybe she really is that dumb and thinks no one will notice (no media or talk show is going to say to her face, "you are NOT a size 4"). These are not the smartest/educated people.

I'm from Georgia & she, her family, & the reality shows she been associated with make Southern People look bad to the rest of the world. It's because of people like her that other areas of the country think Southern People are a bunch of barefoot, nose picking hicks who marry their cousins. The majority of Southerners are nothing like Mama June & her clan but the media & reality TV like to take the worst example & display it like that's how a certain demographic is. 
Not to say we don't have people like this, but we don't have any more than the rest of the country.
