Oh dear, I just don't know now...

Still want it. Perhaps the issue is that I can't try one on as we have no Tiffany here. I think I'll visit one of the mall jewellers and try on a chunky style necklace and see how I feel.

You can always just 'eat' the shipping cost and buy one, try it on, even wear it gently a couple of times around the house, and then return it within a month if you don't like it. You'll lose maybe AU$20 on the shipping, but at least you'll really really know.

I've never had anything but 100% amazing experiences with their customer service, and I've never shopped their really expensive stuff. It's a great company to do business with.

If you do decide to keep it after the 30 days, and do get sick of it in a few years, the resale price holds up better than other silver. You can probably get back 60%+ of the price you paid originally if you keep it in good condition. Keeping the receipt, box, and pouch could raise this even more.

IMHO I don't think it's classic Tiffany - When I see the toggle stuff I think of it as Tiffany's line to appeal to teens. I do like it better as a bracelet though.

Classic Tiffany to me is the Bean or DBTY

It's one of those things, I think, that will be seen differently by everyone. I think the toggle necklace is similar in style to heavy belcher chains, and I see women 60+ wearing those all the time.

Blossy I have tried on this chain in Melbourne store, but had the RTT heart on it but not the Toggle. I liked it! If you can wear 16 inch comfortably I say go for it!

I also think that most of us Aussies have discovered Tiffany just recently. So you have to start somewhere! I never saw Tiffany jewellery till say a year or two ago!
