I'm sure you will wear it well....OKAY I am FINALLY home and had time to take pics quickly...no fancy outfit; it's cold outside, sorry 
And I find that if you're desperate you CAN wear this as a shoulder bag...I certainly don't have super skinny arms; it does fit on my shoulder but it's not the most comfortable feeling. It's not a tight fit or anything (even with my sweater on) but it's just that the bag is too bulgy on the bottom for shoulder wearing to be comfortable. I think, also, that the straps will slip off more easily.
