It seems to be a bit of a publicity thing...lots of cameras, pics, etc, but I don't really care because she's doing a very nice thing.

That's nice of her to do this...but anytime when a celebrity does this, it seems more for the cameras rather than for the cause. I have heard of some celebs saying that they don't want any media at all at the place where they are doing the good deed, and that seems more genuine. But good for Hilary Duff for making these kids happy.
