I'm from Texas..therefore I personally think it's silly, hehe. Her wearing them to hide her broad shoulders..is dumb. She looks great without them, imo.
Those Current Elliott jeans looks so much better with gold stars than the white ones they did last year. I like them.
I'm so over those Rag and Bone boots, though. Hilary obviously loves them but I really don't think they're all that cute.

I do remember she once said she sometimes wears them when she feels self conscious about her shoulders but she wears vround necks and those make your shoulders look bigger. Her shoulders are just fine. She said she has like 60 scarves and I think she really loves them and it has nothing to do with shoulders b/c I agree I don't buy how a scarf minimizes your shoulders MAYBE a shawl wrap. A scarf covers a neck and nothing else.
As a SoCal resident, I can tell you YES the sun can be out and it is cold. To me Hil seems normal in that she gets really into an accessory and will wear it a lot. She used to do it with those hoop earrings, then the scarves. The scarves have lowered a lot, in 09 she always wore them. I think she now uses it as a easy fashion accessory and let's face it when you're a mom on the go it is so easy to chic up a casual outfit with it. I give her credit I have no idea and would probably tie myself up in a knot.
::Her little baby is so cute! He looks exactly like her as a baby but I think he has a good mix of both parents.
I really like the CE star themed jeans. I saw Khloe wear them but I like it better on Hilary.

Since giving birth to baby Luca, doting mother Hilary Duff has made him the centre of her world.
But there was no holding her back as she and husband Mike Comrie made the most of a baby-free weekend on Friday at the Coachella festival in Indio, California.
The So Yesterday singer showed off her toned legs in denim cut offs as she laughed while grooving to the beat.

The Lizzy McGuire star was with husband Mike Comrie, the retired hockey player, and some other friends as they grooved to bands such as the Stone Roses, Blur and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Wearing short shorts paired with ankle boots, Hilary showed off her very strong and toned legs.
A green jacket over a white T-shirt with a matching Stetson hat atop her blonde head completed the outfit.
Fit Hubby and wife: Mike, a retired hockey player, and Hilary work out together several times a week
Besides partying with her husband, the star was also with other friends as they drank what appeared to be a cranberry-based liquid served in plastic cups.
