I went to hermes hong kong in 2010 may , and they let me add to wait list
in last month almost 2 year and 3 month wait
i got a call to ask me to pick up the B 25
once u are on the list u will get it , hope you get it faster

It's 10 months for me...i just wonder if I am still on the list?!?!

You can check with your SA. I asked so before & my SA confirmed I'm in the list.

Yes as you know
They have no receipt to give you indeed I just call after 2 years and check
they check the system and find my record

The best store to get luck is in Paris Le Faboury Saint Honor.

I think you mean the Hermes flagship store at 24 Faubourg Saint Honoré.

I was just in the Stockholm store and they said that the store with the shortest waiting list right now is in Milan. Only 2 months for a basic black Clemence or Togo.

From my point of view it depends what you want. If you want a rare or one of the classy and most wanted coulours it could last longer than if you go for a seasonal one.

I'm convinced that whether or not you get a bag really comes down to your SA. Based on the various posts in this forum, it sounds like your best options are:

a. Find a recommended SA in your local store from the list in the Shopping subforum, and build a relationship by visiting often and buying other H items, or

b. Visit Paris or Hawaii and hope you get lucky.

If neither of those options interest you and the only thing you want is a Birkin, then a reseller might be the way to go.
