I think it is actually better you couldn't get an adjustable one, because frankly I think that the additional hardware on the strap would make the toolbox too casual I think. I can't wait to see how it fits with the new strap. Will you please post modeling pics, as the toolbox is appealing more to me as I see more of them in different colors (now if only we could convince Hermes to make them in Togo or Epsom or other textured leathers, so I wouldn't have to worry about scratches :)!)

Toolboxes are available in evercolor leather which has a small grain and doesn't scratch like swift, box etc. I didn't want a toolbox in a leather like that either :smile1:

Thanks for sharing the pics. Are they all swift leathers? If so do you have problems of the bags being easily scratched. I am considering one and has concerned with this issue of swift leather and somehow most toolbox only comes with this leather .

Hi everyone, I'm looking at buying my first toolbox in bicolour etoupe/soufre, Q stamp in swift. The seller is asking for SGD$8500 (approx USD$6500). It's in pretty good condition, hardware with plastic seals still on, but has a small stain on the inside.

Just wondering what everyone thinks of the price? I've looked at the price forum that says in 2/14 it was USD $7k so I thot the reseller's price was quite reasonable?

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

Hi, I just purchased my new toolbox from the store this month for $7000 USD. With tax you'd probably be saving about $1k? I guess it depends on how much the stain bothers you? For me personally I think I would rather get a brand new one and pay a little more, but I guess it also depends on how much you like the colors on the bag. It might be hard to find another in that color combination....

I went and bought it anyway cuz I couldn't resist! And I've been looking for bicolour in a nice combi for so long! :)

So happy to have my new buttery soft toolbox!
