Does anyone know how the stores/ SAs/ inventory are in the other cities like Kaoshiung, Tainan and Taichung?

i can't tell you. stock is just low everywhere. so unless you can be sure they can do an exchange, let's hope that they love what you bought for them

You were totally right about stock in Taipei. Like 3 shawls total in 3 stores. I'll never complain about inventory in US again.
