Yes they do. They have people at the H offices keeping an eye on FB Marketplace, eBay and etc for resellers and issue letters - there was someone on this forum who tried doing it during the COVID lockdowns claiming a "change of mind" despite being well within the return period for an online purchase (full refund)... at the time she even posted the letter she received thinking it was OTT/unfair of H? Go figure!I think Hermes have sent letters or blacklisted people in the past for reselling - a couple of Australian YouTubers
This happened to me recently. The prespend stays on your profile so rest assured you don't have to start all over with a new SA.Hi all, wondering if anyone’s SA has ever left and what it meant for you? Does your prespend continue or resets with a new SA? Thank you![]()
I would love to know this too! I’ve had 2 SA’s get promoted and had handovers to new SA’s. I’m wondering if it’s why I’m at such a high pre spend and no bag offer…..Hi all, wondering if anyone’s SA has ever left and what it meant for you? WOW. This is why they really shouldn’t offer bags to those with no profile or buying history. It just takes away from the loyal customers who spend so much time/money building a relationship with the brand
They’re less than the US and most of Asia (due to our weak dollar). About the same as Japan though.hi everyone - what are the prices like in australia compared to US/ Asia?
thanks!
thanks Nana97 - great to know! i will do some research too but is there a tax refund process as well? They’re less than the US and most of Asia (due to our weak dollar). About the same as Japan though.
Yes there is for items over $300. You’ll get 10% back. I don’t recall if there’s an admin fee which brings it below 10%.thanks Nana97 - great to know! i will do some research too but is there a tax refund process as well?
We don’t have an admin fee. To calculate the tax free price divide overall price by 11 and then multiply it by 10. For example let’s say a Birkin is 110 dollars, divide that by 11 and you get 10. Multiply it by 10 and you get 100 which would be the tax free price.Yes there is for items over $300. You’ll get 10% back. I don’t recall if there’s an admin fee which brings it below 10%.
