Possible. But my experience with some other brands, is that the online stocks have nothing to do with the one for stores. They are not transferrable, receives shipments separately, and sometimes only exchangeable with the source you purchased from. So it is also possible that they will get allowcated different items to make themselves unique.

Yeh that's what I heard too. I think the best would be keep checking online and contact the SAs, so we don't miss much [emoji23]

Perhaps you should send them an email possibly with some photos. Because different damage may need different level of care, so some can probably be fixed local but others may need to be sent away.

I'm not sure about Sydney, but in Melbourne I'm able to get my name down. However my SA did tell me it's going to be a little bit of wait as B25 is getting extremely popular =) @PurseOnFleek will probably have a better knowledge =)

Yeh I think you need to ask them, bring your item in so they can have a look. =)

^^yes exactly the case for online H vs store stock . Totally seperate even my SA said for charms better to stalk website as they get more but to quote her "but we get birkin and kelly [emoji6] "

I'm waiting for k25 and Constance but I've been very specific about the colour. Hopefully I get the special call soon [emoji846]

Worst thing about K25 is they dont produce as many Kellys as birkins especially mini size. Going to be even harder if you are only wanting one colour family :/
