Thats very disappointing... They need some training from the staff at Sydney CBD store...
They are under completely different management , airport Hermes is under Heinemann group.
Oh that's interesting. So Sydney CBD staff cannot be transfered to this store then too right?
Also i heard there will be a H store opening in Bondi Junction
So I got a call from SM on Wednesday and told me my rodeos is finally arrived ! Then we talked about his holiday and etc ... I told him I am super busy for last few weeks because I got promoted to a senior management position , then I was jokingly saying how the K28 I picked up in feb this year is not so practical anymore , I need another kelly which can fit A4 size . I know it's virtually impossible as I only got offered my bag 3 months ago and I am very particular with my colour ( has to be neutral , prefer black ) and hardware ( I want gold hardware this time ) and Togo ( scratch resistant , perfect for work [emoji161])
And black is so sought after I don't think they even take name down for any size .... anyways , he said to me I will keep an eye on the stock , I'll give you a call if we receive any... the stock standard answer we're all too familiar with ....
We chat a bit more and I told him I'll try to pop in before end of the week ...

Ooh nice! Which rodeo colours did he reserve for you? My SA would always say there's none but pretty sure they do receive them, they are just reserved for other clients.
As for the Kelly bag, I love Kelly 28 and also in black! I recently got the Kelly black with PHW, exactly what I wanted so I feel very fortunate. Hope you'll get offered a black Kelly soon. I didn't realise black is so popular, I've always thought that people generally love their bright or light neutral. I'm however just a black/dark navy kind of person

Little did I know , while I was babbling about how much I want a black / GHW kelly , He had already put this bag aside to surprise me !!!!! When he walked out of the store room , I saw two little boxes on top of big box , I almost fainted [emoji15]

Does it mean that the 6 months / per calendar rule doesn't necessarily apply depending on how regular of a client you are?

Yay congrats! I think its very helpful to have a larger shoulder bag especially for work so you can carry all you need. k35 will definitely hold all you need and really its only the weight of a B30 anyway which i personally dont find heavy at all.
