I went into the boutique this afternoon and there seem to be a quite a few Jige, Toolbox 20 and Garden party 30 bags available! In some beautiful bright seasonal colours too!

p.s Isn't this Lindy Verso spectacular? Gris mouette lining! [emoji14]

Hi guys, i would like to ask regarding experience with the SA's at Hermes Sydney. I'm planning to go there and want to purchase small items, just want to know first how they treat customers. It will be my first visit so i don't want to go there stright and be intimated cos i'm just going to purchase small stuff.

Regards.

Hi
From my experience , All SAs are nice and helpful. Obviously if you ask for bags are sought after ( B, K &C) and without prior purchasing history . Your chance is very slim. You need to establish relationship with them first . At least this is how it works with Sydney Boutique.
Try to visit the boutique during weekdays when it's less busy, you get to have nice chat with them too[emoji106]

Otherwise I enjoy my visit there every time :) enjoy [emoji4]

That's nice to know, cos i don't feel happy when SA's look down on you especialy when you're not going to purchase big items. Anyhow, i'm not planning to get the big B & K at the moment. Small stuffs like slg's & perfume will be the one for now..

By the way, would you know if they give free samples for perfumes cos i'm planning to purchase perfume for gifts but it's hard to tell if the person i'm giving that perfume will like the scent. Having a sample to throw with the gift might be a good idea so they can try it first and just return it if it will not work with them.

Cheers.

I have seen samples being given once, to an older couple. Not sure if they asked for them. They purchased a scarf.

Hope this helps. Wouldn't hurt to ask. I didn't even know there were samples of Hermes fragrances.

I have received perfume sample when I purchased a bangle and belt last week.
the french female i have dealt with prior was very unhelpful. maybe I looked peasant but generally speaking, chanel service is very inconsistent compared to hermes. (which is overall good)
thre are berlines online right now
