I remembered to ask about this calvi thanks to this forum!!! Someone and somewhere in this forum mentioned that they have this calvi during the grand opening so I asked if they had any in store, which ofcourse they still had a few. SA were surprised that I even knew it existed so I said that i have been keeping an eye on the store and its opening :biggrin:

Color it very unisex and the best part is that it is actually cheaper than the non-momento version of it.... its like 30-40$ cheaper than the normal calvi... Hence, I bought it as part of the collection. :P

I want to say yes because one of the SA (there were two but one of them was more in and out of the conversation giving out opinions and just chit chatting) gave me a card and told me to email them before I fly in next time so SA can have my things ready to show me when I get there.... They even told me that in the new future they will have # so customers could communicate thru whatsapp or something similar!

AND, the SA emailed me 2 days later to thank me for stopping by and letting me know of the arrival of fresh merchandise something similar to what i was looking for. (Dont get excited, the SA wasnt spilling out any list of bags arrivals, just pointed out something similar had arrived to what I was looking in the first place)

So yeah, I think if I would have asked, I could have been lucky. I was flat out honest and directly said I wasnt looking for any B/K/C but was curious to ask if it was something they were well stocked of... to which they replied, more for locals and asked if I had an address in Orlando (which I do) so SA at check out updated my profile address so "you stay in the system as local and its easier for bag offerings (if your are interested in buying) when you come in next time you are in town" something along that line was said and thus updated my address......

What do you think? Good chance next time?:-s

I really liked the Orlando store and all SA, but I also like my current SA in Miami as its where I have bought the most things from, tho I travel equal amount of time to either place so I think it will be hard to decide which H store to shop next time! Any thoughts?

I live in the Tampa Bay area and have shoped at the new store in Orlando and it is absolutely wonderful.
I have been very lucky. I bought a gorgeous vert vertigo green Roulis bag that is amazing. On my next visit I was extremely lucky I was able to buy a Birkin 30 in a gorgeous gorgeous shade of dark blue.
I also got the special cavi and two twillys .
I have been in a number of stores in the past years in New York France and Italy and this is by far the store with the nicest SAs.
My SA was very friendly and helpful.
I will be a loyal customer for life.

I think it depends on where you want to shop! The thing with design district is a lot of other stores that you may want to visit that Orlando doesnt have, but the traffic there can be so bad. I'm in edgewater fairly often but honestly I try to get in and out of there as fast as possible. The traffic drives me nuts! I haven't been to the orlando store yet but its great to hear they have nice SAs. I'm going to France in a month so will try my luck there.

@HavLab wish you best of luck in France!! I scored a B25 GHW at the mother ship! Sending you all the positive vibes! Oh and I got my appointment on the 5th try.... seems like it’s on the 5 or 6th try now!

This store is by far the most welcoming H store I have ever been to. If I live in the US I will definitely make it my homestore. Unfortunately I live on the other side of the world so I can’t. The vibe there is very casual and welcoming unlike other H stores (esp the one at Madison which I found very cold and intimidating). As soon as I came in, a very nice SA immediately attended to me. I was looking for a few items but they did not have the exact ones I wanted. And then the SA offered some really nice bags but unfortunately I had my heart set on a B25. The SA then asked me when I would be leaving and it seems like they might actually have it but they want me to come back again. Unfortunately I was not able to come back again so I did not try to pursue it further. The SA did mention there was a kelly cut in a bright color which I am not fond of though so I did not get it either.

BUT I am going to Paris in a couple of weeks so I really hope I could score my HG bag there. Wish me luck!

Yeah I felt very welcoming and the vibe was super relaxed as well as the SA were super nice! I wish you best of luck in Paris! Remember to apply for appts in advance! :)

Are you sure it’s cheaper than the normal calvi? I just bought one (about $380) and it’s about $50 more than the regular calvi.

I agree the SAs in this store are much nicer and welcoming than most of the stores I’ve been to.
